Alright this program is pretty useless. If you're like me though, and love happy icons, you might want to give it a try. Works in Vista, should work in XP as well.

It basically makes your desktop icons spin around in a circle on your desktop, making them a lot more entertaining than just sitting there.

Make sure you have 'Auto-arrange' and 'Align to grid' turned off so that the icons can move freely about.

To quit, just select the 'quit' option from the system tray icon.
